Cruing AeroDrill series offers unique designs for PCD straight and twist drills, countersinks and one-shot drill and countersink.

Many leading producers of CFRP parts for Aerospace industry have already qualified Cruing drills and are benefitting from the performances of one of the most cost-effective drills available today.

• First of all, unique uninterrupted PCD point and a special drill point geometry and side profile.
• We researched and tested our tools to obtain a cutting edge optimized for unidirectional and woven CFRP
• All our Aerodrill tools have enhanced hole quality, precision and surface finish with no delamination at hole entry or exit.
• They proved to have an extreme wear resistance for long tool life. Meaning that our tool are extremely convenient and could last more than other drilling tools;

Aerodrill could be requested with external and internal coolant supply.

We have a wide range of Aerodrill tools: from straight PCD flute like our AeroDrill 101 with 2 cutting edges, to our countersink series with Aerodrill 801 and 802 (with integral or interchangeable pilot).
