Something more about… Cruing PCD Cutting tools

One of the most important tools in all our range is PCD cutting tools or polycrystalline diamond ‘tools’. They are the hardest and the most abrasion resistant materials used in machining today.

But what about Cruing PCD Cutting tools range? We work with PCD for over 50 years, and we developed a wide range of straight, twist drills, countersinks, endmills. We carried out many tests to create PCD tools with:

• Higher speed performance compared with our competitors. Especially the Cruing’s customized ones, are particularly designed to avoid delamination at hole entry/exit with low Ra values. This leads to a better surface finish and higher accuracy.
